STANDARD 5O MINUTE STRETCH

This session is a deep and extensive full body stretch that focuses on all major muscle groups and extremities. It’s great for improving your range of motion and flexibility, while also loosening tight muscles and easing stiff joints.

MAINTENANCE 25 MINUTE STRETCH

This session concentrates only on major muscle groups and can help alleviate muscle tightness. It’s great for when you don’t have enough time for a full body stretch and need muscle relief.

CERTIFIED FLEXOLOGISTS

Our proprietary Flexologist Training Program is an intensive and thorough series that each of our Flexologists must complete prior to joining StretchLab. During their required 60-70+ hours of theory and hands-on training, our Flexologists learn the muscular system, a variety of assisted stretches and how to work with a variety of clients of all ages and body types.
