How Optimal Aging Works
The bag is built on the cofactors your cells use across energy metabolism and repair — vitamin C, NAC, a full B-vitamin panel, magnesium, and zinc — delivered intravenously so they bypass digestion.
The session finishes with NAD+ 100mg given as an injection after the drip. NAD+ is the coenzyme central to mitochondrial energy production and to the enzymes involved in DNA repair, and its levels decline with age. NAD+ is never mixed into a vitamin bag — for a larger dose, our standalone NAD+ drip runs from 250mg to 1000mg in its own bag.
At Forbidden Well, the Optimal Aging Drip is administered by a licensed registered nurse under physician oversight, with an intake review first, at our Union Square lounge or wherever our concierge team serves you.

The drip is generally well tolerated. A brief flush or vitamin taste is the most common experience; our nurses control the rate and monitor you throughout.
It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Share any heart, kidney, or liver conditions, allergies, and all current medications and supplements at intake so your dose can be matched to you.
This is a wellness service, not a treatment or cure for any disease, and it does not stop or reverse aging. Individual results vary.
Clinical services are provided by an independent, physician-led medical practice affiliated with Forbidden Well. Every drip is administered by a highly trained, licensed RN, NP, or PA under physician oversight.
